We use very reliable third-party courier service partners, which are very fast and reliable. We have 100s of products in stock and the made-to-order products are usually ready between 7-14 working days, as we are a UK based factory, direct to consumer company. Our lead time is between 7 and 15 working days usually, for 99% of products. Since we deliver to many remote areas of England, Wales and Scotland, delivery to some of these areas may take a little longer than 15 working days.
DELIVERY CHARGE
We offer a free delivery service to the ground floor of any flat/building/house address you provide us with almost all of the deliveries. In some cases we might contact you to communicate a delivery charge payable cash on delivery.
In postcodes starting with IV, PL, a delivery charge of £200 is applicable. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the charge will be applied the same and in case of refund, this delivery charge amount will be detracted from the total refund amount.
THINGS TO CHECK BEFORE WE ARRIVE
Have you checked that the product will fit? All of our product pages have detailed measurements. If you have any questions about whether you think the sofa will fit, please contact us. If on the day of delivery the products don't fit and have to be redelivered, a redelivery charge of £100 will incur.
Please ensure that you enter the correct details into your order including contact details and address details.
Is there clear access and parking for the delivery drivers? If there is anything out of the ordinary, or your not sure just let us know prior to delivery.
YOUR DELIVERY DAY
We normally contact you 2/3 days prior to when your products will be delivered. If in any case you've specified a date around which you wish your products to be delivered, we will make sure products are delivered exactly around the date requested. Sometimes there can be discrepancies of 2/3 days.
DAY OF DELIVERY
On the day of delivery you will receive a text message from our delivery team to confirm a time window.
Once the delivery team arrive they will find somewhere safe to park their vehicle and bring your product into a room of your choice (if it is ground floor).
In case it's not on the ground floor, you will have communicated to us prior and we will have arranged a sum to be paid directly to the couriers.
Please inspect the sofa whilst the drivers are there to ensure you are happy with the delivery and the product.
RETURNS
Please note we require returns to be in original packaging or something similar.

While we do not currently offer removals, you can arrange free furniture collection with the British Heart Foundation. You can find all the information you need below.
You can contact The British Heart Foundation directly to arrange collection of your unwanted furniture at a time that suits you. They will then sell it in one of their 700+ shops throughout the UK, and the proceeds will help fund life-saving research. So you can get rid of your unwanted stuff, and feel good about it, too.
